The Milton Lawn Bowling Club has been awarded over $64,000.00 from the Ontario Trillium Grant!!! The cheque was presented to the president of the club Bob Vaudry by Zee Hamid, MPP Milton. This grant was necessary for the club to meet the requirements that have been implemented by the Halton Region - Water and Environment.

This grant will allow the Milton Lawn Bowling Club to continue to provide lawn bowling activities and fundraisers for the community of Milton, including seniors and their family and friends for many more years to come. Milton Lawn Bowling club has been doing this since 1913.

Many thanks go to Zee Hamid for his support of our club, Craig Thomas for writing the grant application and to Bob Vaudry and Roger Keen for all the preparations involved to get this project underway and completed. Work starts October 1, 2025.

The Milton Lawn Bowling Club is open until end of September. Any wishing to still join can do so at the discounted price of $100.00.

The AGM meeting will be on Tuesday Sept 30 at 7:00pm
