About our Website

Vision

In 2018 President Ken Armstrong chose Lawn Bowling Manager to host our website as he felt it was the best tool to assist in the overall management of our organization. He forsaw that, not only would it allow everyday routines to be managed in a consistent and transparant manner, but it could house the latest versions of any and all club documents. Thus, there is a list of documents and their menu locations, available to members under the menu Governance/Web Admin/How Tos. Note that some documents are only available to those with the appropriate level of admin. security access.

Milton Lawn Bowling Club started using Lawn Bowling Manager in early 2018.

In addition to its document storage facility, the most important features for us are:

- Its Integrated calendar. (Drill down to an Event Description and then a Registration form or just be able to see when the green is available.)

- The event registration process. (The draw master receives e-mails as teams register)

- Membership control. (From pricing, members registration to league registration)

- Sponsor recognition.

- e-mailer. (Send e-mails to all current and past members or committee groups)

- League controls. (List of participants, matches, schedules and results. )

and much more...
