STARTER SNACKS 

 

SAVORY

VEGETARIAN (May include butter and other dairy products but excludes meat & fish)

Buttery Lentils and Potatoes. A stand alone vegitarian dish or serve with "Hurry Up Chicken" On June 19 we doubled the recipe and served a smallportion to 42!. At the Bowl and Curl we trippled the recipe and it made 3 L.

 

MEAT

Hurry Up Chicken. Served at the Wednesday Ladies lunch 19 June 2019. Accompanied by Buttery Lentils, plain rice, three salads, rolls and butter.

Pork Tenderloin in Dijon Mustard (BBQ)

 

SIDES 

Rice. (Takes 12 minutes from boiling. Easy addition to a quick group lunch). If using a rice cooker allow an hour.
