About In-Club Tournaments
Several times a year we hold tournaments on week ends and holidays that are for members and their guests.
A month by month list of both Open and In-Club tournaments may be found on the Menu called Tournaments.
We ask that you sign-up for the In-Club events using the binder located in the club house. The event sign-up sheet is used by the Draw Master and Kitchen Volunteers to plan the day.
Most tournaments have an additional fee and offer a 50/50 raffle.
Although our kitchen volunteers prepare hot and cold drinks and sometimes snacks, look for the code BL in the event description which alerts you to bring your lunch.
Note. On Canada Day we ask players to wear red and white.
Most of our in-club tournaments start at 10 AM and finish by about 5 PM. During that time we will likely play three, 12 end games. Each game takes about 90 minutes.
Above all we bowl for pleasure so for casual tournaments you will not be expected to play in very wet or very humid weather. You are at liberty to drop out at any time. Your health matters.
