Draw Masters for Jitneys See jitney draw masters duties. We have several jitney draw masters in place but we need to train a few more.
Entertainment Co-ordinators. Self motivated to suggest, organize & promote, non-bowling activities ie. Euchre, Yoga on the green, movie night, knitting mentors, cooking for comfort.
Kitchen Captains. Plan the menu, delegate tasks, Familiarize yourself with the Food Handlers Guide to keep our kitchen operation reliable.
Grant Preparer: With help from our experienced directors and the OLBA mentors. Learn how to prepare and manage grant applications for the club.
Umpire(s) We have one umpire, Heather Comba, but we need to train more. The OLBA is running two courses in April to train and certify umpires.
Helpers. Not everyone wants to lead. To Volunteer contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Trainers/Coaches. We have a Chief Coach and six trainer/coaches. If you like to help people to learn or improve their bowling then we will help you become a certified coach.
Strategic Planning Committee. Experienced or not. Join Ken Armstrong, Mike Comba, Walter Eadie and Harvey Talbot to develop a Strategic Plan for our club.
Lawn Mowers. It just takes a small amount of practice. Enjoy a 45 minute walk on the green, before 10 am. The machine does all the work, just guide it. Ladies can do it too! Share the exercise with a friend.
Kitchen Helpers. Operate cleanly and safely. Prepare & store snacks, hot and cold items and desserts. Clean and sanitize surfaces. Recycle.
Web Assistant to help improve our website. Provide an outlet for your artistic talent. Programmer needed. Online training available.
Grounds Crew. Help the team trim the surrounding grass and hedges.
Handy Persons. Build and maintain fences & structures. Repair & install equipment. Winterize the facility.
